RETURN POLICY: Please read carefully before placing an order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL as each art print is custom made for each customer once an order is placed. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a different print or changes their mind.
Once you have clicked on the "complete order" button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some information, like addresses, etc., please contact us within 2 days. Although changes are not guaranteed, we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
Awaken Align Cultivate operates with Printful, a custom print fulfillment service. It is the customer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the package was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If your art print arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 7 days!
Along with Printful, we will review replacement/return requests only if:
(a) a product is damaged
(b) there is a print error

Each of our art prints are custom made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful, so please allow 2-5 business days for production time. Shipping times are then added onto production.
When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can track your package.
At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES:
- To U.S. allow 3-8 business days (after production time)
- To Canada allow 5-10 business days (after production time)
The delivery times of the shipping methods we offer are estimates provided by the carriers. So there may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the listed estimated timeframe.
Also, multiple items may have different delivery times, because some products are packaged and shipped separately. For example, we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Therefore, a canvas would not fit and be shipped separately.
IF ORDER NEVER ARRIVED:
First review your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we are glad to send you another order to the correct address, however any replacement would be at your cost.
If you think that the package may be lost in transit, make sure you get in touch with us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
